Description

This pre-World War II instrument for sale is a lovely German shopStradivarius copy violin; it was probably made around 1900.  It is branded “Conservatory” on the scroll, identifying that it was made specifically for import into the United States by Sears Roebuck or Montgomery Wards.  This violin has lovely wood throughout, and all the craftsmanship is excellently finished from the inside to the outside.  Additionally, it has a carved ebony tailpiece.  This Conservatory Violin has very rich tones on the lower notes, yet it still carries well.  It is in almost perfect condition; it has never needed to be repaired.

Priced at $2450.00, this violin is an excellent option for a serious high school violin student.
