Description
This is a very lovely and high quality 3/4 German Violin for sale from around 1890. There is no label or brand in this violin and the maker is unknown. The violin has a lovely yellow-brown oil varnish which is rarely seen on small size violins. The violin is finely carved and much attention was paid to detail. The tone is full, rich, and projects well, especially for a small size violin. This little violin has no history of repairs, although the varnish is worn in some places.
Priced at $3500.00, this violin would make a lovely instrument for the advanced young player who is interested in the best possible tone in his or her violin.
