Chinese 4/4 2009 Arcos Brasil “Camillo Callegari” Cello

This full size cello for sale was manufactured by Arcos Brasil, a Brazilian based company that began instrument production in 1996.  The Camillo Callegari model cello is the entry level Callegari model cello and is made in China.  This Callegari was made in 2009 and is new.  It is fully carved and has a two-piece back.  The cello is lightly antiqued and has a lovely varnish.  The cello has a moderate tone that is capable of playing many styles of music.  It projects well and has many overtones.  This cello would be an excellent candidate for the advanced student.
