German 4/4 1920 Karl Hermann “Carlo Robelli” Violin

This full size German violin for sale was made by Karl Hermann c 1920 in Markneukirchen, GERMANY.  It is labeled Carlo Robelli, which, along with Andreas Morelli, was a label that Hermann used to designate higher end violins.  This violin is a Gabrielli copy violin.  Please note that this Hermann Carlo Robelli Violin is NOT a SamAsh Carlo Robelli (SamAsh began using this name well after this violin was made)  It has a lovely sweet, dark tone which is quite wonderful to hear.  It has a yellow-brown varnish and a two piece back with lovely flame.  It has a few minor knicks in keeping with its age, but is in excellent condition and has no repairs.
