Description
This nice 3/4 violin for sale was made circa 1900, in Mittenwald, GERMANY, by the Neuner & Hornsteiner factory workshop. This 3/4 instrument does not contain a label on the inside or other identifying mark elsewhere. However, as with all Neuner & Hornsteiner instruments, this violin is very nicely constructed; the wood is good and much attention was paid to detail while crafting the instrument. The violin is a nice golden red.nbsp; This 3/4 Neuner and Hornsteiner Violin’s tone is on the brighter side with good projection that gives it a more complete sound than many small size fiddles. This violin is in excellent condition; there is no history of repairs, including insignificant repairs.
For $1750.00, this Neuner and Hornsteiner violin would make a good and dependable instrument for a young aspiring solo violinist.
