German 4/4 1900 Jenkins Sons “Harwood” Strad Copy Violin

This older full size violin for sale was made in a German factory for the Kansas City J. W. Jenkins Sons Music Co. around 1900. It is branded “Harwood” on the upper back and is also a Strad copy. The wood of the two-piece back is highly flamed and the rest of the wood is of comparable beauty. The interior construction is carefully finished. There is an old neck repair that is quite solid and not a concern. Otherwise the violin is in perfect condition. This Harwood Violin has a a rich and full tone.
