Description
This beautifully colored Chinese cello for sale is imported by West Coast Strings, a California based company. This Dario Giovanni model was made in 2009. This cello has a beautiful and unusual one-piece back made of highly flamed maple. It is well carved throughout the whole instrument. It has a very moderate sound that is typical of nice Chinese instruments; the sound is neither too bright and piercing nor too dark and dull. It rings well and projects well beyond what its price would advertise. This Giovanni Cello has never been used and is in mint condition from the factory; the sound should improve as it is played in.
At $6000.00, this would be a good cello for the advanced high school/ college student.
