Description
This full size cello for sale is a new cello that was manufactured in China in 2008 and recently imported into the United States. The maker/ factory is not known, and there is no label or identifying mark on this cello. The wood in this instrument is significantly better than in many inexpensive Chinese instruments, and the cello is fully hand-carved. The two-piece back has a nice flame. The varnish is good and applied well. The tone of the cello is bright and full with an even and moderate sound over the range of notes. The cello is an excellent bargain for someone looking for a good sound and a hand-carved instrument. This would be an appropriate instrument for the advancing cellist.
