Italian 4/4 2013 Edgar Russ “Paradiso Dolce” Violin

This very lovely full size violin for sale was made by the Edgar Russ factory in Cremona, ITALY.  It was just made in 2013 and is brand new.  This Russ violin is an excellent deal for someone searching for a sweet Italian violin at a lower price.  Edgar Russ is a modern maker who trained and works in Italy.  He previously partnered with Giorgio Grisales to have a workshop in via Sicardo, but he now works on his own.  This Paradiso Dolce Violin is the most inexpensive that Russ workshop produces, but it is still very fine in terms of sound and beauty of the instrument.  The violin has a lovely golden orange oil varnish applied to nicely aged and carved wood.  The tone is sweet, rich, and full beyond most non-Italian instruments.
