This very nice full size violin for sale was made in Germany for the Knilling String Company. Franz Sandner violins are very high quality German violins, and model #68S is no different. This particular Sandner was made in 2004 and has a nice yellow-orange varnish. It is made with European wood with nice flame and has good carving throughout the body. The Sandner Violin has never been privately owned; it is in impeccable condition and has excellently fitting parts.

Priced at $7250.00, the sound is moderate, sweet, and not overly bright as many German instruments tend. An advanced player would be happy with this Sandner violin.
