Romanian 16″ 2006 Simon Jozsef Strad Copy Viola

This 16″ viola for sale was made in Romania by Simon Jozsef in 2006.  Mr. Simon, along with his father and brother, have been making high quality instruments for a long time, and this viola is no different.  It has a nice tight curl on the two-piece Carpathian maple back.  The varnish is a nice orange brown.  The sound is quite nice for a Romanian instrument; the viola has a full, deep, and projecting sound.  This 16″ Simon Jozsef Viola is new and has never been used.
